Planning Board

The New Braintree Planning Board are elected officials responsible for issuing Gravel (Earth Removal) Permits; Subdivisions of Land; Approval Not Required Plans; Adult Marijuana Establishment Special Permits; Solar Energy Facilities; and long range planning for the Town.

 

Meetings are generally held the 1st Monday of each month at 7 p.m. (as needed). Email the Planning Board at Planning@Newbraintree.org if you would like to be added to an agenda.
