If returning the license form by mail, please include current proof of rabies vaccination, licensing fee, and a SELF-ADDRESSED, STAMPED ENVELOPE for return of the license.

New Braintree Annual Town Election
Nomination papers are now available in the Town Clerk’s Office for the following offices up for election at the Annual Town Election to be held on Monday, May 5, 2025: Selectman for 3 years; Assessor for 3 years; Tax Collector for 3 years; Library Trustee for 3 years (2); Cemetery Commissioner for 3 years; Board of Health for 3 years; Finance Committee for 3 years; Planning Board for 5 years; Constable for 3 years
The last day to obtain and submit nomination papers for certification is Monday, March 17, by 5:00 p.m. Certified nomination papers must be filed with the Town Clerk by 5:00 p.m. on Monday, March 31st. The last day and time to register to vote for the Monday, May 5, 2025 Annual Town Election will be Friday, April 25, 2025 from 2:00 – 4:00 and 7:00 – 8:00 in the Town Clerk’s office.
