On July 17th & 18th, Jessie Ravage, Historical Consultant, will be visiting New Braintree in preparation of the nomination for the National Register for the Town Center of New Braintree.  She will be looking at the project area, taking photos of houses from the road, and members of the Historical Commission will be showing her our historical collections.  We are very excited that this important project is proceeding and should be completed by September, 2026, just in time for our 275th Anniversary Celebration.   

If you see Jessie in town, please be sure to say hello and welcome her to New Braintree!

The Board of Assessors of the town of New Braintree announces that Patrick J. Harring, MAA, a specialist in residential, commercial, industrial, and personal property will conduct a portion of property inspections throughout the town during the spring season.

If you have not licensed your dog for 2025, you must do so ASAP!!!!  A late fee of $10 per dog is now in effect and will increase to $25 on September 1st.  Dog Licenses are available in the Town Clerk's Office.  Dog license forms may be downloaded HERE

If returning the license form by mail, please include current proof of rabies vaccination, licensing fee, and a SELF-ADDRESSED, STAMPED ENVELOPE for return of the license.
